Special emphasis is placed on the integration ofintelligence gathering, technological advancements, and international collaborations to strengthen Sri Lanka's airport security framework. Furthermore, the study investigates case studies and incidents that have shaped Sri Lanka's current approach to airport protection, providing insights into lessons learned and best practices. It explores the impact of regional and global trends on security strategies, including the role of multilateral organizations and partnerships in fostering cooperative security measures. By synthesizing empirical data, policy analyses, and expert opinions, this study offers a comprehensive assessment of Sri Lanka's holistic approach to airport protection.
