dc.description.abstract | Optimization is crucial in engineering. It results in higher reliability and saves time, energy, and money. Since feeder cables are present in almost all electrical systems, it is essential to optimize the feeder connections for better outcomes. This paper introduces the software model “OPTIMO” which derives an optimum option to connect several feeding points to a long electrical feeder cable and to connect several long feeders to a collection hub such as a substation. What the program is capable of, specifications used, what the user should know to operate the program, features of the program, technical details, definitions and representation of results are discussed in this paper. | en_US |
