This study investigates the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in graphic design, emphasizing its transformative effects, opportunities, and challenges. AI tools are increasingly used for automating routine design tasks, generating creative content, and optimizing workflows, thereby enhancing productivity and expanding creative possibilities. Key studies reveal that while AI facilitates rapid idea iteration and customization, it also presents challenges such as the potential loss of human creativity, the risk of standardizing art, and concerns over ownership of AI-generated outputs. Research highlights that despite AI's advantages, human-designed outputs often maintain higher professionalism. The literature underscores the need for ongoing exploration into AI's impact on artistic credit and ethical considerations. Additionally, there is a call for updated education that emphasizes human skills like empathy and judgment, which AI cannot replicate. The review suggests that while AI offers significant benefits, its integration must be managed carefully to avoid risks such as job displacement and loss of design expertise. Balancing technological advancement with human-centered creativity is crucial. The study proposes that future research should focus on strategic collaboration between designers and technologists to navigate the evolving landscape of AI in graphic design effectively.en_US
