When analyzing the available literature and secondary sources related to the entrepreneurial education in the Sri Lanka Army, several reasons can be identified for the reasons behind the less popularity and involvement of entrepreneurial education in Sri Lanka Army. They can be grouped into as factors of self-efficiency, risk taking, demand forecasting, training and networking highly impact to the entrepreneurial education for Sri Lanka Army. These factors can be proved by respondent through semi structured interviews. Currently, it is visible that Sri Lanka Army has an issue of entrepreneurial education among commissioned and noncommissioned officers, and it will be affected to create knowledge gap regarding entrepreneurial education. Finally, that issue impact to business performance of Army community shops. Officer who has less entrepreneurial education, lead t to poor performance of Army community shops. This research aims to find relevant solutions and alternatives approaches to minimize the above research gap.
